Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use bloomingwitht.com, my free tools, my courses and add-ons, my member portal and my emails. Blooming with T is run by Tania (T), a Behaviour Specialist based in Ontario, Canada. When these terms say “I” or “me,” they mean me and this business. “You” means you.

By using the site or buying something, you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Who this is for

My programs are for adults. You need to be at least 18 to sign up or buy anything.

3. Not therapy, medical or professional advice

Everything I offer is educational. The Stuck Point, my courses and my tools are practical, behaviour-based resources. They aren’t therapy, counselling, a diagnosis, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they don’t replace care from a qualified professional.

Using my programs doesn’t create a professional or therapeutic relationship between us. You’re responsible for the choices you make and how you apply what you learn. If you have a health condition or concern, talk to a professional before making changes.

If you’re in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. Nothing you enter on this site is monitored by a person in real time.

4. Free tools

The Stuck Point and my other free resources are offered as they are. The Stuck Point uses AI to write your result from your answers, so it can get things wrong or miss something. Treat it as a starting point for your own thinking, not a verdict.

I may limit how often a free tool can be used, or change or remove free tools at any time.

5. Buying a course or add-on

• Prices are shown on the sales page and at checkout, in the currency shown there. Any taxes are added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.
• If you accept an offer on a page right after checkout (an “add it to my order” offer), it’s charged to the payment method you just used, at the price shown on that page.
• Once your payment goes through, you’ll get access by email. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then email me.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. My courses, tools and add-ons are digital and you get access right away, so I don’t offer refunds, including if you change your mind or don’t finish the course.

There are two exceptions. If you were charged twice by mistake, or you can’t access what you bought and I can’t fix it, email me at [email protected] and I’ll make it right.

Please contact me before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal. Most problems are quick to sort out. If a charge is disputed, I may pause access while it’s resolved.

7. Your access

• When you buy a course, you get personal access for as long as the course is offered. “Lifetime access” means the lifetime of the course, not forever if the course or business ever closes. If that ever happens, I’ll give you notice and a way to keep what you can.
• I may update, improve or reorganize course content over time. You’ll keep access to the updated version.
• Your login is for you only. Please don’t share it.

8. How you can use my content

My courses, tools, videos, worksheets, emails and pages are for your own personal use. You can’t:

• share your login or pass my content on to people who haven’t paid for it
• copy, resell, republish or record my content, or teach it as your own
• use my content to build a competing program or product
• scrape my site or content, or feed it into AI tools to train or build something

If you break these rules, I may remove your access without a refund.

9. My content and names

Everything I’ve created belongs to me, including the courses, tools, writing, videos and designs, and names like Blooming with T, The Stuck Point, Get Unstuck, Stop Starting Over Every Monday, The Stay in Motion Method™, the Proof Bank and the Consistency System. Buying a course gives you permission to use it personally. It doesn’t transfer ownership.

10. What you write

Anything you type into my tools or send me is yours. I only use it as described in my Privacy Policy. If you send me feedback or a testimonial, I may share it publicly, and I’ll ask before using your name.

11. Results

I can’t promise specific results. Change depends on you, your situation and how you use what you learn. Any stories or examples I share are real experiences, not a guarantee of what will happen for you.

12. Limits of my responsibility

I work hard to make my programs useful and accurate, but they’re provided as they are, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for indirect losses, or for anything that results from how you apply what you learn. If I’m found responsible for something, my responsibility is limited to the amount you paid me for the product involved.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

13. Other sites and services

My site uses other services (like HighLevel, Stripe, PayPal and Anthropic) and may link to other websites. I’m not responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms apply when you use them.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top. The terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
