Blooming with T
What I collect, why, and what you can do about it. Written in plain English, because you should be able to understand it.

Blooming with T is run by Tania (T), a Behaviour Specialist based in Ontario, Canada. When this policy says “I,” “me” or “Blooming with T,” it means me and this business. It applies to bloomingwitht.com, my courses, tools and member portal, and my emails.
I only use your information for these purposes, or for something closely related that you’d reasonably expect. If that ever changes, I’ll ask you first.
When you complete The Stuck Point, your answers are sent securely to my service and processed by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to write your personal result. If you choose to log it first, the notes you log are sent the same way when you ask for your read-back. Your answers and notes are used to create that result and to keep the tool working safely. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not sold.
My service doesn’t keep your answers or notes once your result is sent back to you. While you’re using the tool, your progress and notes are saved in your own browser so you can close the page and come back. You can clear them anytime with “Start over” or by clearing your browser data. Anthropic handles the information it processes under its own privacy and data policies.
Please don’t include information that could identify other people, or details you wouldn’t want written down.
Most of my tools, including the ones inside my courses, save what you type in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. That information stays on your device and isn’t sent to me. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. I never see or store your full card number. They handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.
If you sign up for something free or buy something, I’ll send you emails related to it, along with tips and occasional offers about my other programs. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. You’ll still get emails you need, like receipts and access details for something you bought.
Cookies are small files your browser stores. I use them to keep the site and checkout working, to understand how people use the site, and to measure and improve my ads.
I advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta pixel, which helps me see whether my ads lead to sign-ups or purchases, and show my ads to people likely to find them useful. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the site, like checkout, from working properly.
I don’t sell or rent your information. I share it only with the services that help me run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
I may also share information if the law requires it.
Some of the services I use store information outside Canada, mostly in the United States. That means it may be accessible to authorities there under local law. I choose services that protect your information properly.
I keep your information for as long as you’re on my email list or have access to something you bought, and after that only as long as I need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Purchase records are generally kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires. Ask me to delete your information anytime and I’ll delete what I don’t need to keep by law.
You can ask me to:
Email [email protected] and I’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The person responsible for protecting personal information at Blooming with T is Tania, reachable at the email above.
I use reputable services with secure connections and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, though. If there’s ever a breach that puts you at real risk, I’ll let you know and take the steps the law requires.
My programs are for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given me their information, email me and I’ll delete it.
The Stuck Point and my programs are practical, behaviour-based tools. They aren’t therapy, a diagnosis, or a substitute for mental health or medical care, and nothing you enter is monitored by a person in real time. If you’re in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top. If the change is significant, I’ll let you know by email.
