Blooming with T
What my programs are, what they aren’t, and how to use them safely. Plain English, no fine print.

Everything on bloomingwitht.com, in my courses, tools, emails and social media is for general education and information. It’s meant to help you understand behaviour and try practical ideas in your own life.
Nothing I share is therapy, counselling, a diagnosis or treatment, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It doesn’t replace care from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional, and using my programs doesn’t create a professional or therapeutic relationship between us.
If you have a physical or mental health condition, or you’re unsure whether something is right for you, talk to a qualified professional before making changes. Never ignore professional advice, or delay getting it, because of something you read or heard from me.
I’m a Behaviour Specialist with more than 15 years of experience and formal training in behaviour science and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Blooming with T is my own business, separate from any role I hold with an employer, and the views I share here are my own.
Through Blooming with T, I offer educational programs for adults working on their own behaviour. I don’t provide clinical services, assessments or individual treatment plans here.
The Stuck Point uses AI to write your result from the answers you give. It’s only as complete as what you share, and it can get things wrong or miss something. Your result is a starting point for your own thinking, not a label, an assessment or a professional opinion.
My other tools are there to help you plan and track your own progress. How you use them, and what you decide, is up to you.
I can’t promise any specific outcome. Change depends on many things I don’t control, like your situation, your health, your circumstances and how you apply what you learn. Two people can use the same program and get very different results.
The examples, stories and testimonials I share are real experiences or illustrations. They show what’s possible for some people, not what will happen for you.
You’re responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on my content. Some ideas may involve changes to things like exercise, sleep, eating or routines. Please use your own judgment, go at a pace that’s safe for you, and check with a professional when it makes sense to.
To the extent the law allows, I’m not responsible for any loss, injury or harm that results from how you use or apply my content.
My site, tools and emails aren’t monitored in real time and aren’t a crisis service. If you’re in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. In Canada, you can call or text 9-8-8 any time.
I may link to other websites, books or resources I find useful. I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
I do my best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but things change and mistakes happen. I may update or remove content at any time without notice.
